I’m Erica, a multi-disciplinary artist and mama based on the unceded territories of the W̱SÁNEĆ and Lək̓ʷəŋən (Songhees and Xʷsepsəm/Esquimalt) Peoples.

I've been playing professionally in the theatre and performing arts world for 20+ years. My career began as an actor, writer, and theatre teacher; and I’m circling back to my teaching roots to open The Play Theatre Studio in Victoria, BC.

The studio’s programs showcase my passion for empowering youth and the Next Gen through play creation and collaborative building. From babies to teens to emerging artists, the Play Theatre Studio is my love letter to youth, families, and creatives in the community who want to immerse themselves in imagination, story, and the craft of acting and making live theatre.

Working out of a small downtown studio, professional artists lead participants towards the creation of new works. Even -or especially! - the littlest of littles in our community!

Write, design, fumble and fiddle through engaging collaborative processes that leave space for you or your child’s unique voice and expression. There’s a program for everyone at The Play Theatre Studio. We specialize in sensory theatre, physical theatre, collaborative writing, devising and play creation.
